CATCHING UP - MODEL TRAIN SHOW IN MESA

Currently in Kerrville TX (Low 58 Cloudy Rainy early then Sunny High 76)

Catching up on our recent stay in Goodyear Arizona. We are always in search of indoor activities since it is so hot. We recently went to the Mesa Public Library to a model train exhibit put on by the Arizona Big Train Operators. With G-scale model trains and scenery it was pretty neat. We especially like the cars parked next to the tracks. Here are some photos.

There were some themed areas, Winslow Arizona (see the cars)

We had a great time.

We have completed a number of initial appointments with our new doctors in the Hill Country. There has been some delay with the new pain center for Jo and the urologist for Bob that we hope to resolve soon. Because of the uncertainty we still don't know exactly when we are leaving.

Till next time,

Bob and Jo

  1. That would have been so cool to see. Paul loves trains. We had a G-gauge train in my flower garden at our old house. It was so cool. Paul had a covered bridge, a bridge that went over some rocks and all types of RR stuff along the route. People would stop to see it.

Hope you can get all those doctor appointments out of the way and get back to Goodyear. Would love to meet up with y'all.
