Currently in Gallup NM (Low 31 Mostly Sunny and Comfortable High 74)
After 2 and a 1/2 weeks parked somewhere in the greater Albuquerque area we packed up and headed to Gallup New Mexico. Our destination was the USA RV Park.
It was approximately 165 miles, this is the route we took.
We will be here three nights and then we are heading to Winslow Arizona. You can tell we are in the high desert as the overnight low was just below freezing. It was nice for the cool nights in Rio Rancho that we could run the heat pump but 30 degrees is too cold for that so we used the propane furnace last night. We are not complaining because we realize it will be still fairly hot when we get to Goodyear in mid-October.
Till next time,
Bob and Jo
Here in Vegas the night time temps are in low 60s which makes for good sleeping. Hoping that's what we have next week. Even 50s is okay. Safe travels.
ReplyDeleteEgads...I had no idea it was already that cold in the desert.
