KC BBQ - ONE NEW TO US AND ONE OLD STANDBY

We've often stated, "there are no bad bbq places in KC, there are just some better than others". KC bbq is such a big market that there are always new places to try. Slaps BBQ started out as competition bbq and then opened a bricks and mortar place in KCK a few years ago. With us traveling we didn't get a chance to visit. Bob visited with friends Mark and Gerry and had a great meal. Some of the best ribs he's had.

Bob had a bbq day that day. Since he was in KCK he decided it was a good idea to visit a KC BBQ Hall of Famer, Rosedale BBQ, which was founded and "Fired-Up Since 1934". Bob got ribs to go. It is one of our favorite places in KC for bbq.
