We also took off a little over a year ago and traveled for 5 months before medical issues (my moms) brought us back to the east coast for a little over a year. Now we have just started back on the road, we are currently in Texas and loving the wide open roads! Every day is an adventure...some better than others!Lee and Loraliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06179526187949808695noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4272622478340768431.post-68891423318127743372010-11-07T08:56:42.618-06:002010-11-07T08:56:42.618-06:00He, he, happens to us from time to time. Something a simple as a neighbor stopping by to say goodbye. Then we somehow skip a step when we restart our departure process.mountainbornhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07755964146249208117noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4272622478340768431.post-72866983401190693222010-11-05T09:10:02.774-05:002010-11-05T09:10:02.774-05:00Been on the road almost two years now and we move ...Been on the road almost two years now and we move around a whole lot. On our first outing while hitching up, a fellow camper walked by, and noticing me reading the hitching list to hubby said, "I've been doing this for many years. Don't ever quit using the checklists."
These lists have saved our behinds many times. Wouldn't depart without them!!

Good luck and safe travels to you!smdrmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03796676306382353722noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4272622478340768431.post-52876733737176114432010-11-04T18:30:07.041-05:002010-11-04T18:30:07.041-05:00We all forget something at one time or another. Just last week, I nearly left the antenna up for the first time in over four years on the road.

But you have quite a list there for one departure. Keep those checklists close :)Chuck and Anneke's RV travelshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01929384797592263167noreply@blogger.com
